Section 19: Power to remove difficulties

The Kerala Fishermen Debt Relief Commission Act, 2008State Act of Kerala · Act 9 of 2008

(1) If any difficulties arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, as occasion may require, do 12 anything not inconsistent with the provision of the Act which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing difficulties:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under this section shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
