Section 7: Votes of rnembers

Provided that 1n the case of an equality of vote~, the president sh,tll have and cxcrc1se a second or casting vote.

(2) l~vcry member of a society shall cxerci~e his vote in person.

Provided that nothing contained tn thts scctton shall affect the exercise by the committee of the powers confert"ed on 1t by this Act or the rules made thereunder.
