Section 6: Maintenance of Registers and Records

The Kerala Fishermen's and Allied Workers' Welfare Cess Act 2007State Act of Kerala · Act 9 of 2007

(1) Every dealer shall maintain such registers and records as may be prescribed.

(2) The registers and records shall be kept in the establishment of the dealer and shall be produced on demand by any officer or authority under this Act for verification.
