Section 6: Saving

The General Sales Tax (Revival and Special Provisions) Act, 1971State Act of Kerala · Act 14 of 1971

Nothing contained in this Act shall render any person liable to be convicted of an offence in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by him before the date of publication of this Act in the Gazette, if such act or omission would not be an offence under the Madras Act but for the provisions of this Act.
