Section 21: Repeal and saving

The Kerala Grandhasala Sangham (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1977 (No.19 of 1977)State Act of Kerala · Act 19 of 1977

(!) The Kcrala Grandhasala Sangham (Takmg Over of Management) Ordinance, 1977 (I I of 1977), is he1cby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anythmg done or deemed to have been doae or any act10n taken or de(·med to have been taken under the said Ordmance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under th1s Act.
