Section 20: Cognizance of offences and Trial

The Kerala Ground Water Control and Regulation Act, 2002State Act of Kerala · Act 19 of 2002

No court shall take cognizance of any offence publishing under this Act except on a report in writing of the facts constituting such offence submitted with the prior permission of the Secretary of the Authority.
