Section 43: Repeal and saving

The Guruvayoor Devaswom Act, 1978 (No. 14 of 1978)State Act of Kerala · Act 14 of 1978

(1) The Guruvayoor Devaswom Ordmance, 1977 (25 or 1977), 11 hereby repeated.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done 01 deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to hwe been done or taken under this Act.
