Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Guruvayur Township Act, 1961State Act of Kerala · Act 43 of 1961

(1) This Act may be called the Guruvayur Township Act, 1961.

(2) This section shall come into force at once, and the rest of this Act shall come into force on 1such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint (hereinafter referred to as the appointed date).
