Section 1: Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Super Clays *Received the assent of the President on the 5th day of January,1984 and published in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 28 dated 7th January, 1984.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of November, 1983.
