Section 6: Amendment of section 5

Higher Education Council ( amendment )Act, 2008State Act of Kerala · Act 19 of 2018

In section 5 of the principal Act, after sub-section (3), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:— -

(4) The Patron may refer any matter relating to higher education and higher education institutions as he deems fit, for the expert opinion of the - Council.”.
