Section 11: Annual check of highway boundaries

The Kerala Highway Protection Act, 1999State Act of Kerala · Act 6 of 2000

It shall be the duty of the highway authority to conduct annual check of the boundaries of the highway in its charge with a view to locate and remove of encroachments, if any.
