Section 29: Powers of authorized officer for the purpose of enquiry

Kerala Inaland Fisheries and Aquaculture Act 15 of 2010State Act of Kerala · Act 15 of 2010

For the purpose of an enquiry under sub-section (5) of section 28, the authorised officer may exercise the following, powers, namely:—

(a) the power to enter in or upon any area and to survey and demarcate the same and to make a map of the same or to authorise any other officer to do the same;

(b) the same powers as are vested in a Civil Court for the trial of suits.
