The Travancc-Codun Easements Act, 1951 (Act XI of 1951), hetemafter teferred to a~ the satd Act, IS heteby 1 epealed :
Provtded that the tepeal shall not aflect-
(a) the previous operatton of the sa1d Act or anything duly clone or ~ufrered the1 eunder, * Publtshed m the Gazette Extraordinary, dated the :.! I st day of February 1962.
(b) any rtght, pnvilege, obligatron or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said Act,
(c) any penalty, forfeiture or pumshment mcurred in respect of • I I I l any offence committed against the sard Act, or ~
(d) any mvestigation, legal proceeding or remedy m respect of any such nght, pnvJ!ege, obligation, habdrty, penalty, forferture or punishment as aforesard; and any such mvestigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, contmued or enforced and any such penalty, forferture or punrshment may be rmposed, as if tillS Act had not been pa:.sed :
Provided further that, subject to the precedmg provrso, anything done or any action taken under the sard Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provrsions of the Indran Easements Act now extended to the whole of the State of Kerala, and shall contmue to be m force accordmgly unleSi and until superseded by anythmg done or any action taken under that Act.
