Section 11: Direction by Government

The Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Act, 1993State Act of Kerala · Act 3 of 1993

The Government may from time to time issue to the Corporation such general or special directions of policy as they deem necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out the objects of this Act and the Corporation shall be bound to follow and act upon such directions.
