Section 40: Default in performance of duty

The Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Act, 1993State Act of Kerala · Act 3 of 1993

If the Government after giving the Corporation an opportunity to offer an explanation, is satisfied that the Corporation has made a default in performing any duty or obligation imposed or cast on it by or under this Act, the Government may fix a period for the performance of that duty or obligation and give notice to the Corporation and the Corporation shall, thereupon, be bound to perform such duty or obligation, as the case may be, within the period so fixed.
