Section 5: Quonun

\l) The quorum for a meering of the Corporation shaU be one third of the roal nurnber of nrembers,.

(2) In the absence of the Chairmau, t\e members present at'ihe méetùg inay elect ome iierson fiorn among " them, to preside over the meeting.

6. Deciston of the meeting,-All fhe subject nratters coming for the considerarion before the Committee shail be determined by the majorit-v of vote of the members pres'ent and in case of an equality of votes, the Chairman shall have a second or casting vote.
