(l) The Travclling Allowance'(Mileage Allowance and Daily Allowance) of the Directors of the Corporation except thc nomirated Dircctors of the Corporation shall be iegulated in'accordance with the Rulcs applicable to him or the rates applicable to Grad.e I Officers of tlrc Govemment under the Kerala Service Rulcs, whichever is higher.
(2) The Directors nominated under sub-section (2) of seclion 5 shall bc paid Travelling Allowance at the ratcs applicablc to them in the financial institurions or professionai bodies, as the case tnay be, or at the rates applicable to Grade I Offrccrs of Govemment undcr the Kerala Servic-e Rules, whichever is higher.
(3) Actual expcnses for boarding and lodgiog shall be reimburscd for tours in connection with the aff{rs of the Corporation to thc rominated Directors.
ll. Sitting fee lor nbn-olficial Dilrecors.-A ngn-official Dircctor is entitled to get a sitting fee of Rq. 500 pcr day foi anending thc meeting of lhe Board or any Committee. If he is attending morc thau dne meetings of the Board and of the Committee on thc same datc; he is entitled to gct only one sitting fee for that day of thc meetin!-

(2) Corporition shall framc Special f.ules for the seryicc condrtions, disciplinary proccdurc and othcr.matters for thc officers ahd staff of the Corporation and the sbrvicc conditi,ons and disciplinary proccdurc of rhe oflicers and staff shall be govemcd.by thc Special Rulcs so franled.
