The Corporation shall kcep an.amount of not lcss than Rs. l0 lakhs, out of its funds in thc Govcmmcnt Trcasury or Statc- Bank of tndia,or any othcr Bank drily approved by thc Govcmmcnt, as rcscrvc fund.

19. Debentures ordinarily poyoble lo bearer-An! dcbcnrurc issucd by the Corporation may bc so framcd that thc principal and intcrcst thcrcby securcd shall bc payablc to thc bcarcr and frcc from any cquitics betwccn thc Corporation and the persons to whom thc samc may bc issucd.
