Section 22: Repeal and saving

(1}) The Kerala Industrial Revitalisation Fund Ordinance, 1999 (1 of 1999), 1s hereby repealed. °

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done of demand to have beer donc or any action taken o1 deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under thisAct.
