Section 31: Publication of order of adjudication

The Insolvency Act, 1955State Act of Kerala · Act 2 of 1956

Notice of an order of adjudication stating the name, address and description of the insolvent, the date of the adjudication, the period within which the debtor shall apply for his discharge, and the Court by which the adjudication is made, shall be published in the Gazette and in such other manner as may be prescribed.
