(l) The Kerala Investment Promoti_on and ·.

Facilitation Ordinance, ~018 (8 of 2018) is hereby repealed.

(i) Notwithstanding such repeal .. a~ything done or deem~ to h~ve been done ~r any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the Kt?rala Shops and Commercial Establis~ents Act, 1960 (34 of 1960) and the Kera la Headloa4 Workers Act, 197 8 (20 of 1980) . as amended by the said ·ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the above said_ Acts as. amended by this ~Cl.
