Section 48: Postponement of payment of betterment contribution

The Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Act, 2003State Act of Kerala · Act 31 of 2003

Where there has been a failure of crops in any area, the Government may, notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter or the rules made thereunder, by order, postpone or cancel 25 the payment of all instalments of the betterment contribution for such period as may be specified in the order.
