Section 5: Compensation to be paid in cash or in bonds

The Jenmikaram Payment (Abolition) Act, 1960State Act of Kerala · Act 3 of 1961

The compensation payable under section 4 may be paid either in cash or in Government bonds carrying 4 per centum interest per annum and redeemable at the expiration of 6 years from the date of issue of bonds or partly in cash and partly in bonds, as may be prescribed.
