The payment of the amount or annUity payable under sectwn 4 to the jenmtes or other ~- persons entttled thereto m the manner prescnbed by or under th1s Act shall be a full discharge of the l1ab1hty for payment of jenmtkaram and no further drums for jenm1karam or for payment of such amount or annuity, as the case may be, shall lie.
