Section 20: Repeal and saving

The Kannan Devan Hills (Resumption of Lands) Act, 1971State Act of Kerala · Act 5 of 1971

(l) The Kannan Devan Hills (Resumption of Lands) Ordinance, 1971 (3 of 1971), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
