Section 3: Power to declare vtllage industry

(1) The Government may, by notification m the Gazette, declare any mdustry to be a village industry to which thts Act ap'pites.

(2) A copy of every notification issued under sub-section

(1) shall be latd before the Legtslattve Assembly as soon as may be, after it is issued .
