The Kerala Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1957 (President's Act, No.9 of 1957)State Act of Kerala · Act 9 of 1957

(1) In the discharge of 1ts functions, the Board shall be guided by such instructions on questwu.s of pohcy. as may be g1ven to 1t by the Government.

(2) 1f any dispute arises between the Government and the Board as to whether a question zs or is not a question of policy the deciswn of the Government shall be final.
