Section 29B: Power to write off irrecoverable amount

Kerala Khadi and Village Industries Board Act 1957State Act of Kerala · Act 9 of 1957

The Board may write off any sum not exceeding one hundred rupees in each case, subject to an annual limit of two thousand rupees, if in its opinion such sum is irrecoverable.]
