Section 35: Saving

Kerala Khadi and Village Industries Board Act 1957State Act of Kerala · Act 9 of 1957

Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to apply to any industry declared to be a scheduled industry under the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951(65 of 1951), or to affect any of the provisions of the said Act.
