33 Removal of ddliculbes.-lf any difficulty anses m g1vmg effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasiOn may reqmre, by order, do anythmg not m conststent With this Act or the rules made thereunder, which appears to them nece<;sary for the purpose of removmg the difficulty 34 Repeal and saving.-(1) The Koodahnamckam Devas wom ProclamatiOn (Cochm) issued on the 30th November, 1917 and the scheme of management published thereunder, the Koodalmamckam Devaswom Proclamatwn (Travancore) Issued on the 12th June, 1919 the Koodalmamckam Devaswom Act 1U18, (Madras Act I of 1919) and the Koodalmamckam Devas wom Ordmance, 1971 (13 of 1971), are hereby repealed.
(2) Notw1thstandmg the repeal of the Koodalmaruckam Devaswom Ordmance, 1971 (13 of 1971), anythmg done or any actiOn taken under tha1t Ordmance shall be deemed to have been • done or taken under this Act.
