Section 5: Cons/i/u/ion of Boarc/

The Kerala Labour Welfare Fund ActState Act of Kerala · Act 11 of 1977

( I) Th Board shall consist of the following members appointed by the Government, namely: 1 , V.

Such number of representatives'of employers and employees may be prescribed:

Provided that both employers and employees shall have equal representation on the Board; and J such number of officials and non-officials as may be prescribed.

(2) The Government shall appoint one of the members 'of the Board to be its Chairman.
