( I) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the costs of and incrdent to all proceedrngs before the Land Tr.bunal shall be in its dIscretiOn and it shall have full power to determine by whom or out of what property and to what extent such costs are to be paid and to give a II necessai y du ections for the purposes aforesaid. The fact that any proceedmg before the Land Tribunal is without jurisdiction shall be no bar to the exercise of such powers.
(2) An order passed by the Land Tribunal in exercise of the powers vested in it under sub-!>ection (I) may be executed through the court as if the order were a decree passed by it.
