Section 11: Sambalapattamd«r, stzmbalachzttudar, etc., in Pal ghat district to be presumed tenants

Where, in a document, a person is described as a sambalapattamdar, sambalachittudar or coolipattamdar in respect of any nilam situate in the Palghat district, he shall be presumed to be a tenant for all purposes of this Act:

Provided that such presumption shall stand rebutted if it is proved that the sambalapattamdar, sambalachittudar or coolipattamdar has not undertaken any risk of cultivation.
