Section 4: Cert4in Odach~trthudars and persons claimint under Odacharthudars to be deemed tmants

Notw1thstanding anythmg to the contrary contained in any law or in any contract, custom or usage, or in any judgment, decree or order of court,-

(i) an odacharthudar; or

(ii) a person claiming under an odacharthudar, who was actually cultivating on the 11th day of April, 195 7 and was continuing to cultivate at the commencement of this Act, the land or any portion of the land to which the odacharthu relates, s~all be deemed to be a tenant in respect of the land or the portion of the land so cultivated.
