The purchase price determined under section 57 shall be payable in Sixteen equal annual instalments :

Provided that where the purchase pnce is less than Rs. 160, the number of instalments shall be so fixed by the Land Tnbunal that the amount payable m each mstalment shall not be less than Rs. 10:

Provided further that 1t shall be open to the cultivating tenant to pay the entire purchase price in a Jump, in wh1ch case the amount payable shall be only seventy-five per cent of the purchase pnce.
