The payment of purchase pnce or the value of encumbrance maintenance or alimony to the landowner or intermediary or other persons entitled thereto m the manner specified· in section 63 shall be a full discharge of the !tability for payment of purchase price to the landowner and the mtermediaries, and no further claims for payment of purchase price shall lie.
