( l) A religious, chantable or educational institution of a public nature may apply to the Government to vest its right, title and interest in respect of all lands held by tenants under it, m the Government and for the payment of the annuity.
(2) The application shall be in such form as may be prescribed.
(3) On receipt of such application, the Government shall direct the Land Tnbunal to determme the annuity payable to the insti tution.
(4) The Land Tribunal shall thereupon determine, after due enquiry, the annuity payable to the institution in respect of all lands _held by tenants under it.
(5) As soon as rna y be after the determination of the annuity, the Government shall issue a notification in the Gazette declaring that the right, title and interest of the institution m respect of all lands held by tenants under it shall vest in the Government With effect from a date to be specified in the not1ficatwn, and all such right, title and interest shall accordingly vest in the Government free from all encumbrances.
