Section 16: Use of coupons

The Kerala Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit) Rules 2009State Rules of Kerala · 1976

(1) Rail travel money value coupons shall not be used except for exchanging them for passenger tickets at a railway booking office and no such coupon shall under any circumstances be accepted towards payment of any other charges.

(2) Fuel coupons shall not be used except for purchase of fuel and lubes for the travel of the Ex-member and no such coupon shall, under any circumstances be accepted towards payment of any other charges.
