Section 23: Cognizance of offence

The Kerala Livestock Feed, Poultry Feed and Mineral Mixture (Regulation of Manufacture, Storage, Distribution, Sale and Quality Assurance)…State Act of Kerala · Act 27 of 2023

(1) No Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except on a written complaint filed by the Feed Safety Enforcement Officer on the basis of recommendation by the State Feed Quality Consultative Committee.

(2) An offence punishable under this Act shall be triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class.
