Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Kerala Loading and Unloading ( Regulation of Wages and Restriction of Unlawful Practices) Act, 2002State Act of Kerala · Act 10 of 2002

(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Loading and Unloading (Regulation of wages and Restriction of Unlawful Practices) Act, 2002.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
