Section 3: Application of the Act

The Kerala Loading and Unloading ( Regulation of Wages and Restriction of Unlawful Practices) Act, 2002State Act of Kerala · Act 10 of 2002

The provisions of this Act shall apply to any loading and unloading work or activity or process which is connected with or related to or ancillary to,

(a) domestic purpose, and

(b) non-domestic purpose, as specified in this Act.
