(1) മൂന്ന് വര്ഷത്തില് േുറ ാലത ധംശ്രാ ം നല്േി വരുന്ന ഏലതങ്കിെും ഒരംഗത്തിന് ധപേടംമൂെകമാ ധസുഖംമൂെകമാ സ്ഥിരവും പൂര്ണവുമാ ശ്ാരീരിേ ധവശ്ത സംഭവിച്ചാല് ദ്പസ്തുത ധംഗത്തിന് ദ്പതിമാസം ആ ിരം രൂപ ധവശ്താ ലപഷനാ ി െഭികാ ധര്ഹത ുണ്ടാ ിരികുന്നതാണ.് ധവശ്താ ലപഷ െഭികുന്നതിനുഫാറ ധകപേ ഫാറം നമ്പ൪ 11-ല് ആ ിരികകണ്ടതാണ.്
(2) (1)-ാം ഉപഖണ്ഡിേ ദ്പോരം ലപഷന് ധകപേികുന്ന ധംഗം ശ്ാരീരിേ ധവശ്ത ധനുഭവികുന്നു എന്നും ധവശ്തമൂെം ാലതാരു കജാെി ും ലചയ്യാ േെി ാത്ത ആളാലണന്നും ലതളി ികുന്നതികെകാ ി ലമഡികല് കബാര്ഡിലറ സാേയപദ്തം ധകപേക ാലടാപ്പം ഹാജരാകകണ്ടതാണ്.
