(1) കബാര്ഡ ് ധതിലറ ോരയനിര്വഹണത്തിനാ ി േുറഞ്ഞത് മൂന്നുമാസത്തിലൊരികല് ക ാഗം കചകരണ്ടതാണ.്
(2) മൂന്നിലൊന്ന് ധംഗ്ങളുലട ധഭയര്ഥന െഭിച്ച് പതിന് ് രിവസത്തിനേം ുക്തലമന്ന് കതാന്നുേ ാലണങ്കില് ലച ര്മാന് ക ാഗം വിളിച്ചുകചര്കാവുന്നതാണ.്
(3) കബാര്ഡ് ക ാഗം കചകരണ്ട തീ തി ക്് പതിന് ് രിവസ്ങൾകു മുമ്പ് ക ാഗത്തിലറ കനാ്ട ീസും ോരയവിവരണ പ്ട ിേ ും ഓകരാ കബാര്ഡ് ധംഗത്തിനും ധ ്കകണ്ടതും ധദ്പോരമുഫാറ കനാ്ട ീസില് ക ാഗ തീ തി, സ്ഥെം, സമ ം എന്നിവ വയക്തമാ ി ോണിച്ചിരികകണ്ടതുമാണ:് എന്നാല്, ലച ര്മാന് ധടി ന്തരലമന്നു കതാന്നുന്ന ോരയം പരിഗണികുന്ന തിനുകവണ്ടി ഉചിതമാ സമ ം നല്േി കനാ്ട ീസ് നല്ോവുന്നതും ക ാഗം വിളിച്ചുകചര്കാവുന്നതുമാണ.്
