Any certificate required by these rules to be given by the Authorised Medical Attendant for the purpose of Travelling Allowance of an ExMember of the Legislative Assembly shall be countersigned by the District Medical Officer of the Medical branch concerned. No countersignature is required when the treatment is rendered by the District Medical Officer himself.
