Section 13: Powe~ to remove difficu/ties

{1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Gazette, make such provisions not inchnsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it, to be necessary and deemed fit, fot removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order under this section shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from thJ commencement of this Act.

I Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be, after it is made, before the State L~gislature.
