{!) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:-

(a) "Act" means the Kerala Micro Small Medium Enterprises Facilitation Act, 2019 (16 of 2019);

(b) "Authorized officer" means person authorized by Nodal Agency for cm-Ying out the functions assigned in these rules;

(2) Words and expressions used not defined in these rules, but defined in the Act, shall have the .. .

same meaning assigned 'to them in the Act.
