The Kerala Motor Transport Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1985 (Act 21 of 1985)State Act of Kerala · Act 21 of 1985

Whoever, having been convicted by a court of an offence punishable under this Act, again commits the same ofience shall be punishable for every such subsequent offence with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, but which shall not be less than three months, and with line which may extend to four thousand rupees:

Provided that the court may, for any adequate and special reasons to be mentioned in the judgment, impose a sentence of imprisonment for a term of less than three months.
