Section 2: Interpretation

The Kerala Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers and Goods) Revival and Special Provisions Act, 1983State Act of Kerala · Act 2 of 1984

All words and expressions used in this Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Kerala Motor Vehicles (Taxation of Passengers and Goods) Act, 1963, as revived and amended by this Act.

* Received the assent of the Governor on the 2nd day January, 1984 and published in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 24 dated 6th January, 1984.
