Section 26: Annual report and audited statement of accounts

The Non-Resident Keralites' Welfare Act 2008State Act of Kerala · Act 10 of 2009

(1) After the close of the financial year, after approval by the Board, the annual report of the Board shall be prepared by the Chief Executive Officer, under the direction of the Board. A copy of the report together with the audited statement of accounts shall be submitted to the Government every year before the end of December.

(2) The Government shall, as soon as the annual report is received, together with the audited statement of accounts, be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
