Section 6: Transfer of records relating to existing companies to Registrar

The Kerala Non-Trading Companies Act, 1961State Act of Kerala · Act 42 of 1961

On the commencement of this Act, the records relating to existing companies in the offices of Registrars appointed under the Companies Act, 1956 (Central Act 1 of 1956), shall be transferred to the office of the Registrar referred to in clause (3) of section 2 and shall thereafter be maintained in that office.
